This course equips learners with foundational and practical skills in computer applications, digital communication, networking, and IT support. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in operating systems, software packages, and internet technologies essential for today’s digital economy.

Training Format

Face-to-face, instructor-led sessions supported by hands-on computer lab practice. The course may include short projects, group work, and assessments. Blended learning (in-person + online) may be used where applicable.

Important Information

Graduates of this course will be awarded a nationally recognized certificate upon successful completion, examined by either NITA (Grade III–I) or KNEC (Artisan/Craft Level), depending on the selected track.
