Food And Beverage Production And Service

The Food and Beverage Production and Service course is a comprehensive vocational training program that equips learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in culinary arts and hospitality service. It prepares students for careers in food production (kitchen operations) and beverage service (restaurant and bar operations), combining professionalism, creativity, and customer service excellence.

Welding and Fabrications

The Welding and Fabrications course is designed to provide students with essential technical skills in metalwork processes. It focuses on both welding techniques and metal fabrication, combining theory and hands-on practice in a workshop setting.
The training program runs for 12 months, structured into 3 academic terms, with internal continuous assessments and a final external NITA examination. The curriculum is aligned with industry needs and safety standards.
